Coaching Education

Coaching Education Program is part of the Rush Way Philosophy of helping our coaches grow and develop. We provide unique opportunities for our current staff as well as for coaches that are interested in joining the Club. Hawaii Rush is committed to helping coaches improve at all levels.
Here are some components of our program:
- Hawaii Rush encourages continuous education and finances coaching education courses run by USSF, NSCAA and other international organizations recognized by the FIFA or UEFA.
- Hawaii Rush provides comprehensive and easy to use manuals for team and individual training.
- Hawaii Rush conducts regular coaches' meetings and clinics.
- Hawaii Rush provides access to national publications and conferences as well as access to the latest technological tools designed to help coaches become better managers and leaders.
- Hawaii Rush staff is uniquely organized to maintain a regular relationship with
team coaches.
